The holosuite was a fickle creature and had always been as such for as long as Jaskier had been aware of it. So, it really should come as no surprise that all his hard work (he bribed some squirrels to help.) had been nearly been all for nought when the room inexplicably turned in a saloon.

But you know what? He wasn't a quitter when it came to parties, so he worked with it!

"Ugh," Danny said, making a face. "I had it once when I went to the Grand Canyon when Grace was real little. It was awful."

No, he hadn't rappelled into their apartment and entered through a window.

Annie wasn't at all jealous to have missed it. Really.

"Oh, I've been getting yelled at at work constantly since, like, Monday morning," she shared. "I'm teaching in the morning and then back for more. But it's a nice change from bowling in a crooked underground alley, so."
