Rey's Birthday Party! - MCA Holosuite, Wednesday

The holosuite was a fickle creature and had always been as such for as long as Jaskier had been aware of it. So, it really should come as no surprise that all his hard work (he bribed some squirrels to help.) had been nearly been all for nought when the room inexplicably turned in a saloon.

But you know what? He wasn't a quitter when it came to parties, so he worked with it!

A theme never hurt anyone, right? So, welcome to Rey's birthday hootenanny, y'all!

"I won't tell if you take some home with you," Rey told him.

What, you weren't going to down them all yourself, Rey?

"Oh, thank you. I could do that." Maybe he'd even share a few. "I did miss weeks of jello." Among many other things.

"Me too, actually. One bowling night I ended up doing a Froot Loops shot in Summer's honor," she smiled.

"I missed that one, I think." That was probably when Stark had been freaking out and yelling at the walls.

"I did think of her while making a terrible dessert for Steve." Poor Steve.

"What terrible dessert?" Rey asked.

"There were little cakes with marshmallow and coconut and then there were jellybeans. And potato chips." Barbecue potato chips. But Steve really did bring this on himself.

"That's an interesting combination..."

She had probably eaten worse.

"I'm not sure he enjoyed it." Steve almost certainly had not.

"But he said he'd eat anything." So it was his own fault. "And I was in a very odd mood by the end, there."

"Steve's good like that. And he had to know what he was getting into by then," she said. "We had food, but it was... a mix."

"At least we weren't hungry. That would have been much worse," Stark said. "I was still glad to have more options once we were out. Still glad to have more options."
