This time around, Jaskier had gotten the class submission form over Cara and, well... now he was working on plans for it.

Which he was a thing he did when the fancy struck him. And it was a subject he actually knew about. Look, you didn't graduate from the illustrious Oxenfurt without some skills there.

This somehow translated into writing a song, though.

Oops.

The holosuite was a fickle creature and had always been as such for as long as Jaskier had been aware of it. So, it really should come as no surprise that all his hard work (he bribed some squirrels to help.) had been nearly been all for nought when the room inexplicably turned in a saloon.

But you know what? He wasn't a quitter when it came to parties, so he worked with it!

A theme never hurt anyone, right? So, welcome to Rey's birthday hootenanny, y'all!

Well, there had been a good amount of time that Jaskier had been in his apartment and not leaving. Which meant that he had the time to carefully write out actual physical invitations using calligraphy that he hadn't bothered with since college.

So. You know. Normal quarantine stuff.

Well, Jaskier had done his very best to get the system to work and, on the plus side, there weren't beanbag chairs.

Instead there was one rickety couch and many, many bowls of candy. Which saved him from needing to order food, he felt. This would, of course, be a mistake. But that was for future Jaskier to deal with!

The movie was what the programming gods had seen fit to allow to air. Hopefully it would be at least be entertaining.
